Margaret Dempsey, the founder spent four days at Ndiini and met with the parents who reafirmed their committment to the food programme by paying the cook and providing firewood. She also met the new deputy principal who is very keen to support the programme.
Midterm was spent in Kenya with four TY students from Newpark Comprehensive School. A great week was had and the food programme continues to run well. Check out photos on our Facebook page.

Margaret Dempsey, the founder spent a few days in Kenya to see how things are going. She met over 300 parents who have pledged their support of the programme through providing firewood and paying the cook’s wages. Unfortunately the vegetable garden has failed as a result of poor rains and poor soil.
